Chronic diseases such as high uric acid (hyperuricemia) are one of the increasing public health problems in Indonesia. Early detection through uric acid level examination is one of the important preventive efforts to reduce the risk of chronic complications such as kidney disease and hypertension. This community service activity aims to increase public knowledge and screen uric acid levels as a promotive and preventive measure. The activity was carried out in Gunungsari Village, Batu City with the involvement of the community. The methods used include health education, knowledge pre-posttest, and uric acid level checks using digital tools. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and recording of examination results. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding after education and the discovery of several individuals with uric acid levels above normal, who were then given further education. This activity shows that a community-based participatory approach is effective in raising awareness and prevention of chronic diseases. Similar activities can be developed sustainably through synergy between academics and local health cadres.
