Gambaran Skrining Kesehatan Mata Di SDN 28 Cakranegara Turida Timur Sandubaya Mataram

Eye health screening is important for early detection of refractive disorders and other visual disorders, especially in the school-age population. Early detection can improve the quality of vision and support academic achievement. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and eye health examination training to all teachers in the East Turida, Mataram. This service uses pretest and posttest methods, education and training, as well as eye examinations for teachers which held on August 2, 2025 at SDN 28 Cakranegara, East Turida, Mataram. The data collected were data on age, sex, right eye vision (VOD), left eye vision (VOS), and diagnosis of refractive disorders. In this activity there were 35 participants, with an average age characteristic of 33.66 years. Women 25 people (71.40%), men 10 people (28.60%). The most common diagnoses were myopia 17.10%, presbyopia 17.10%, plano 8.60%, hypermetropia and presbyopia 8.60%. Screening activities show that there are cases of refractive disorders that need to be followed up. The routine screening program school and community based are important for the prevention of vision impairment.
